3 easy to make meals in 10-mins (or less)
When was the last time you ate chocolate for breakfast? Go on, our dark chocolate provides antioxidants, iron, magnesium (and more), it is just what we need to kick start the morning!
AND did you know, cacao contains resveratrol, a plant compound that works as a powerful antioxidant that can heal and detoxify our immune systems? Cacao can also increase brain power and help strengthen our focus – now that might be better than a cup of coffee? (Agree? Disagree? Tell us in the comments).
Here are three of our favorite breakfasts that only take 10 minutes (that’s generous) to make:
This is Brooklynn’s favorite get-up-and-go breakfast:
Blend the following and enjoy!
+ handful of kale or spinach
+ handful fresh berries (blueberries are used here)
+ 1 banana
+ 1t protein powder
+ 1t hemp seeds
+ 1/2c (or more) coconut water
+ topped with cacao nibs or chopped Wicked BOLD chocolate
ORANGE YOU GLAD?
Oranges dipped in our melted CLASSIC DARK and sprinkled with sea salt. So easy that the recipe is within that one sentence. Anyone can make this and everyone will love this.
+ an orange
+ a bag of Wicked BOLD Classic Dark chocolate
+ 1t coconut oil (to melt with the chocolate)
+ generously sprinkle sea salt flakes
EASY LIKE SUNDAY MORNING

+ spread peanut butter
+ 1 sliced banana
